I am a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes.

With the busyness that life brings, it’s easy to speed through the year and not realize the growth, accomplishments, and memories made along the way. 

I’m so thankful for my husband, who is the foundation of our family. The amount of care, hard work and drive he provides our family is something that I will always be grateful for. I don’t know how I got so lucky to meet my husband at 16 years old, but I’m so lucky I get to spend so much of this life by his side.

The little munchkins that bring so much life, chaos, love and laughter into our lives….they teach me every day what unconditional love really is. Being their mom is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

I hope today you take a moment to take a step back and soak in all the incredible things in your life. The big things, the small things, and even the hard things. Because those hard things are not only what make the good things great, but they’re the moments we grow.

Do I think candy is bad and we shouldnt eat it…?

No, candy is delicious! (Super delicious) 🤤 

(I definitely kept a few Reese’s cups hidden away for a special occasion) 😂

But I didn’t love how fixated on these garbage treats my kids were becoming.

So I’m throwing it out.

I would rather them have fresh Christmas cookies we made together. Or snuggle up with some hot chocolate on family movie night. Even snacking on some of the candy while we build a gingerbread house.

I’m choosing to make it about enjoying the treats while being surrounded with love and creating memories.
