 You get everything from the accountability plan, and then some! With this plan you will still receive personalized macros, weekly assessments, and direct messaging with me…but you will also receive a custom workout program I will build to fit your ability, goals, and lifestyle! I will also meet with you monthly to discuss progress, goals and review adjustments needed to continue with your progress! – Price $200/mo  (3mo contract)

Accountability Plan

This plan is designed for those looking for some extra accountability. You will receive personalized macros, in app home or gym workout programs to choose from, and weekly assessments from me! You can message me directly in my app with anything you need! – Price $13/mo w/ app download

The Elite Plan

The Elite Program is a highly specialized fitness plan designed for individuals seeking to earn top-tier results while developing healthy and sustainable lifestyle skills that are maintainable long term. This program is customized to meet your individual needs, and hold you to the highest level of accountability. Clients will receive custom macros, a complete custom workout program and access to communicate with me at any time for questions and needs. I virtually meet with my Elite clients weekly to discuss their progress and any adjustments that need to be made. Due to my limited space for this level of clientele, Elite clients are by application only.
